When purchasing eligible GPL or open-source related products from NXPLUG, you may be paying for one or more of the following:

• Convenient packaging and delivery
• Product sourcing and availability
• Maintenance, replacement, or update access where stated
• NXPLUG-provided support or assistance where stated
• Time-saving convenience and service handling

Your purchase from NXPLUG does not automatically mean that you are purchasing an official commercial license directly from the original developer.

3. No Official Developer Affiliation Unless Stated

Unless expressly stated otherwise on a product page, quotation, invoice, or written confirmation, NXPLUG is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or officially connected with the original software developer, author, publisher, brand owner, or trademark holder.

Any brand names, plugin names, theme names, software names, logos, or trademarks shown on nxplug.com are used strictly for identification, descriptive, compatibility, or reference purposes only.

4. What May Not Be Included

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant product page, your purchase may not include:

• Official developer support
• Official commercial license keys
• Automatic updates from the original developer
• Access to premium cloud services
• Access to official template libraries
• Access to remote validation systems
• Access to premium APIs or third-party hosted functions
• Any feature that depends on an external proprietary service unless expressly stated

It is your responsibility to review the product description carefully before making a purchase.

5. Trademarks and Ownership

All third-party trademarks, service marks, software names, logos, and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing on nxplug.com should be interpreted as granting any ownership rights in any third-party brand, product, or trademark.

6. Compatibility and Usage Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any purchased product is suitable for the intended use environment, including hosting setup, CMS version, PHP version, plugin stack, theme stack, third-party integrations, and any technical limitations that may affect functionality.

NXPLUG does not guarantee that every GPL or open-source related product will include all premium, cloud-based, hosted, API-based, or license-controlled features of the official developer version.

7. Refund and Support Implications

The GPL or open-source nature of a product does not create an automatic right to refund once delivery has been completed.

Refunds, if any, remain subject to NXPLUG’s Refund Policy, Terms & Conditions, Delivery Policy, and Support Policy.

Support, if provided, is support from NXPLUG only unless expressly stated otherwise.

8. Customer Acknowledgement

By purchasing GPL or open-source related products from NXPLUG, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You understand that some products may be distributed under GPL or other open-source licenses.
• You understand that your purchase may be for access, convenience, packaging, delivery, updates, or NXPLUG support services rather than an official direct developer license.
• You understand that certain official premium features, support, cloud services, or license-based functions may not be included unless expressly stated.
• You agree to review product details and policies before purchasing.
