Refund Policy

1. General Policy

NXPLUG primarily sells digital products, downloads, website-related resources, plugins, themes, tools, and related services. Because digital goods can usually be accessed, downloaded, duplicated, installed, or exposed immediately after delivery, all sales are generally treated as final unless otherwise stated.

By placing an order on nxplug.com, you acknowledge and agree that digital products and fulfilled digital services are generally non-refundable and non-returnable.

2. Non-Refundable Items and Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided in any of the following situations:

• You purchased by mistake or selected the wrong item.

• The product is incompatible with your hosting, website, server, CMS version, PHP version, theme, plugin stack, or custom environment.
• You expected features, services, or support that were not expressly stated as included.
• You expected official developer support, official license keys, cloud services, template libraries, premium APIs, SaaS functions, or third-party hosted features that were not expressly stated as included.
• You are unable to use the product due to your own technical limitations, lack of knowledge, improper setup, or conflicts with third-party tools.
• You purchased a GPL or open-source related product and later objected to the licensing model, distribution method, or feature limitations.
• You failed to contact support for reasonable troubleshooting before demanding a refund where troubleshooting was appropriate.

3. Digital Product Nature

Many products sold through NXPLUG are digital in nature and may be delivered instantly or manually through download access, user account access, email, WhatsApp, or other support channels.

Once a digital product has been delivered or made accessible, it is treated as consumed for refund purposes, even if you later decide not to use it.

4. GPL and Open-Source Related Products

Some products available through NXPLUG may be distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) or other open-source licenses.

Where applicable, your payment may cover access, packaging, maintenance, convenience, sourcing, updates, or support services provided by NXPLUG, and does not necessarily mean you are purchasing an official commercial license from the original developer.

Refunds will generally not be granted merely because:

• The product does not include an official developer license key.
• The product does not include official developer support.
• The product does not include automatic updates from the original developer.
• The product does not include premium cloud, template library, API, remote validation, or third-party hosted features unless expressly stated.
• You later decide that you would prefer to purchase directly from the original developer.

5. Cases Where Refunds May Be Considered

Although refunds are generally not available for digital goods, NXPLUG may, at its sole discretion, review refund requests in limited situations such as:

• Duplicate payment for the same order.
• You were charged successfully but no product, access, or delivery was provided due solely to our internal fault.
• The delivered product was materially different from the product description in a significant and proven way.
• A technical issue caused by our delivery process made the product unusable and we were unable to provide a working replacement, correction, or reasonable remedy.

Even in such cases, NXPLUG reserves the right to choose the most appropriate remedy, including replacement, re-delivery, store credit, service credit, partial refund, or full refund where justified.

6. Troubleshooting First

Before any refund request is considered, you may be required to contact our support team and provide reasonable information to help us investigate the issue. This may include:

• Order number and proof of purchase
• Screenshots or screen recordings
• Error messages
• Environment details such as CMS version, PHP version, theme, plugin conflicts, or hosting setup
• Steps taken to reproduce the issue

If a reasonable fix, clarification, re-delivery, or alternative solution can be provided, a refund may be declined.

7. Processing and Review of Refund Requests

All refund requests are reviewed case by case. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.

NXPLUG reserves the right to:

• Approve or reject any refund request at its sole discretion
• Request additional information or verification
• Offer alternative remedies instead of a refund
• Decline requests that are abusive, dishonest, incomplete, unsupported, or inconsistent with this Refund Policy

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the matter reasonably with us, NXPLUG reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, revoke access to products or services where permitted, and contest the dispute using available transaction records, delivery records, communications, and technical evidence.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in permanent restriction from future purchases or services.

9. No Refund for Completed Service Work

Where an order includes manual work, consultation, sourcing, account setup, installation assistance, troubleshooting, customization, or other service effort already performed by NXPLUG, that portion of the order may be non-refundable even if the product portion is later disputed.

Any refund approved, if any, may therefore be adjusted to reflect the work already carried out.

10. Timeframe for Requests

Refund concerns should be raised as soon as reasonably possible after purchase or delivery. Unreasonable delay in reporting an issue may affect our ability to investigate and may result in rejection of the request.

NXPLUG reserves the right to reject claims raised after an excessive period, especially where delivery records show the product was already accessed or fulfilled long before the complaint was made.

11. Final Decision

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all refund decisions made by NXPLUG in accordance with this Refund Policy, our Terms & Conditions, and the specific product listing shall be final.
